Now the INE is only a sub-faction so here is how i would like it
INE planets in FW to have a mention of the INE in the history section only INE shipyards to be able to build certain INE ships if i am in the mod as a hero unit my description could be
a highly distinguished military commander supreme commander kratas clawed his way up to second in command of the new republic and head of the INE

The INE will be in; and involved in the Republic somehow too in their units, though I don't think they'll have separate shipyards, it'll be a matter of either gaining their support, funding their research or controlling their planets, ie. on Earth one will be able to acquire INE technology etc.
